Hey guys! This page is about what Smokesong, my AQH does when I'm offline. These fictional stories will include the horses of my friends on SSO
Part one. The Ghost Horse
"Smokesong! Come on. She's gone! Let's go!" Wolfblood cried.
Smoke rolled her eyes at her friend's enthusiasm. Every single time Elsa leaves them alone, whether it's to go do whatever humans do all day, or just to ride another horse, Wolf always tries to convince her to sneak out and have fun. Given, Wolf generally convinces anyone to do anything she wants. Persuasive mare.
"We shouldn't, Wolf. What if she comes back and finds us gone?" Smoke pointed out.
"Oh come on! You know I never get a break anymore. Not that I don't like adventures. " Wolf added. "And besides. That wouldn't be so bad! We could run away and join the circus!"
Smoke laughed, "No way."
Wolf also laughed, but then sobered up again quickly. "Smoke. You are no fun, whatsoever. Come on or I'll go on my own." That brought Smoke to attention. Well if she was going to go anyway... Plus, Smoke wanted to go.
"Yeah okay, I'm coming." She agreed.
With a few strides and a leap, Wolf and Smoke had cleared the fence keeping them from adventure.
"Whoohoo!" Smoke cried, landing neatly on the other side, Wolf next to her. "Where to now?" Smoke laughed, almost giddy with excitement.
"The castle." Wolf gave Smoke a wolfish grin and trotted off without her. Smoke hurried off after her, slightly nervous now.
"Why the castle?" she asked.
"Because I am so awesome, of course. I belong in a castle." Wolf replied before racing off again
Shaking her head, Smoke hurried after her again. Then Wolf veered off track, bounding towards a field of wheat near the castle.
"Wolf! Don't eat that! Wolf! Are you even listening?" Smoke cried, chasing Wolf with every bit of her strength. Sure enough, Wolf had begun to eat the hay. Smoke rammed into her back with force strong enough to send Wolf stumbling forward out of the wheat.
"Smoke! Are you trying to kill me?" Wolf snapped.
"Are you stupid?" Smoke shoots back, "That's not your hay!"
Wolf glares at Smoke, and they stay like that for a minute, just glaring at eachother.

"Let it go, Smoke. Really, you're the most boring old dung." Wolf complained.
Smoke shook her head in disbelief.
"Smokesong. Seriously. You are going to die in a sad sad hole with that attitude. Just don't worry for once! Be more like Onyxflame!"
"Onyx is a royal show-off."
"A little bit, yeah." Wolf admitted. "But she's more exciting at least! All that sneaking out.."
"If we're going to explore, let's go to the castle at least, like you said." Smoke suggested.
"Sure. I'm still awesome enough for it. And that's not changing any time soon!"
So Smoke and Wolf went off to the castle, Wolf charging her way inside the doors which seemed to have been left open. Smoke couldn't believe it. Wolf probably could.
"Ah... Wolf? Maybe we shouldn't..." Smoke trailed off as she looked inside the castle. Then she hesitantly stepped inside. The castle was amazing!
Wolf reared up, tossing her hair around. "Look at me. I am the ruler of this castle!"
Smoke was hardly paying attention to Wolf. All her attention was focussed on the red carpet beneath her hooves. It was so soft.. And so red, like Elsa's hair, only a lighter colour.

"Smoke. Smokesong. Smokey. Are you even listening to me?" Wolf demanded.
"What? Yes. I am listening." Smoke had not been listening.
"So what do you think? Yes or no?" Wolf asked, tipping her head to one side.
"Um." Smoke had no idea what she's giving her opinion on, but she couldn't tell Wolf that. "Yes?"
"So you think the castle should be knocked down?"
"No! I uh... Wasn't listening." Smoke admitted.
"I thought not." Wolf sounded victorious at this.
Suddenly, there was a large BANG noise and both Wolf and Smoke jumped.
"What was that?" Smoke and Wolf both asked at the same time, then laughed nervously.
"Wait. I hear something." Smoke moved her ears around, searching for the sound. "Some kind of... Scratching."
"I don't hear it?"
Then there was a loud noise, a noise that sounded suspiciously like a hoof being hit on the ground. Wolf turned, then screamed. Smoke hastily followed her gaze. Standing at the top of the stairs was a grey Arabian mare. But that's not the problem, the problem is that the Smoke could see the wall through the mare. This horse was a ghost.

"Who- Who are you?" Wolf stammered.
The ghost stared at them for a second before speaking, and Smoke wasn't sure whether the ghost even heard them.
"Beware. The dark one is near. Don't trust anyone. Find the light. Beware." Then the mare ran down the stairs and towards the door. Smoke jumped to the side to avoid contact with the ghost horse. Just as the horse was about to make it out the door, she seemed to hit some force. The ghost screamed and disappeared into fog.
Wolf and Smoke stared at each other for a second, until Smoke broke the silence.
"Let's get out of here!"
As they ran back to their paddock, Smoke got the impression that the ghost horse is only the beginning. Something is happening. Something big is beginning.
